Rolling Stock
Here is a selection of images of some of the Launceston Steam Railway's rolling stock. All of the LSR Carriages have been built on site in the Bowman's own workshop. A lot of the basic material that was used to build Carriage No.1 came from an old Secondary School bike shed, that's what i call recycling! The images of the Three Plank Wagon and the Ffestiniog Slate Wagon were taken under the road bridge as you approach the station. Makes you wonder what else they have hidden away!
