Solar 1 Stirling Engine

A bit of a departure for me, this is my first Stirling or Hot Air Engine. It's a Solar 1 manufactured by
Solar Engines of Phoenix Arizona in the late 1970s. these engines appear to be a copy of the British
Davies-Charlton engines. I must try and acquire one to do a side by side comparison. This one
seems to be in excellent condition. The flywheels where seized when it arrived but this was just the
original grease solidifying on the flywheel shaft. A drop of WD40 sorted that.

These engines apparently came with a this book which i was lucky enough to get with mine.
