Mamod SP1 Locomotive

This rather strange looking vehicle is best described as a Mamod SP1 Loco! It's an SP1 boiler and engine grafted
on to a Mamod Flat Bed Truck. I wanted to see just how powerful the little Mamod engines where. Meccano
pulleys were used as a reduction gear and some scrap aluminium plate for the shaft mount. Amazingly it actually

I thought it needed a chimney and the SP1 original seemed appropriate. It has also had a grub screw added to
the press fit flywheel (it came loose) and a little tweeking to the drive chain. It now runs very smoothly.
