Latimer Plane L4

This little beauty is a Latimer Plane L4 made some time between 1946 and 1950. It is complete including the
burner but the steam pipe is disconnected. The condition is so good that i'm just going to polish the brass bits
and mount it on a nice wooden base. The last image, showing it side by side with a Mamod Minor No.2 is to
demonstrate just how small this engine is. More pics and video to follow.

Here it is after a little bit of a clean and polish. This engine is in remarkable condition for something that is at
least 60 years old. I really like the way they use the chimney to hide the safety valve, a lovely touch. Video here.
