Bing-Wolf - Second One

Completely forgot to take any photos of this before I worked on it, so this is the finished engine. Another
Bing-Wolf engine and another marvellous donation from Charlie Miller, many thanks Charlie. This one needed
quite a lot of work. The heater was missing as was the cylinder endcap and the whistle bush had become
desoldered from the boiler. I also had to make the heater connector pins and some supports for the heater.
